FOX SPOT: THREE BAD FOXES
This illustration from the talented Rob Hodgson is proof that even foxes come in all shapes and sizes.

1. Fantastic Mr Fox – Mr Dahl’s all time classic
2. Basil Brush – the Fox Racontour
3. Reynard the Fox – famous Medieval Legend
4. Tails – from Sonic the Hedgehog 2
5. Velpecula – the ‘Little Fox’ constellation

Something we found whilst scouting the charity shops of New York over the weekend; never really had Foxes down as potential lunatics. This seems to be a collection of bizarre short stories, and was published during the war apparently…
We haven’t put one of these out for a while, but someone passed this under our nose the other day and we rather liked it…if anyone knows the creators identity, please let us know. (edit) we have since posting this found out it is by a very talented little illustrator who works under the name Ping Zhu (this may be her real name, but it just seems to good to be true) - you can view more of her beautiful work here

There is only one nominee this week; the meritoriously intrepid and now infamous Twickenham fox. hash tag foxystreaker indeed

Anyone living in and around London NW6 area may have come across this mischievous stencilled fox; the cunning critter has even got his own flickr group. No-one seems to be claiming responsibility for this shadowy Vulpes vulpes, either way, we love it - not that we endorse criminal activity, just creative vandalism.
If anyone can shed some light on this let us know: aubin@aubinandwills.com

This week’s - is it a guilty look? Is it a sad look? - foxy image, is courtesy of the wonderfully talented Sara Koncilja.

This wonderful illustration is by Jingyao Guo and you can see more of her superb work here. Enjoy.

I have no idea who stewy is, but judging by the proximity of his name I figure he’s responsible for this little beauty. Weirdly, it’s been a rather foxy morning, an urban fox (no, I don’t mean an attractive East-End type with flowing red locks - an actual fox) stalked me after getting off the train this morning - a good omen for Monday perhaps?
